130:1 wich is 0.98oz of oil to one US gallon of REGULAR gas- we recommend GRO Performance 2t

2016-2019 Vertical-375ml (GRO Extreme 75W) full synthetic comp gear oil

2019 vertical R and onwards 400ml (GRO Extreme 75W) fully synthetic gear oil.

Allow a 10mm gap between the top of the chain tensioner  block and the lower edge of the swing arm ( any more will place unnecessary strain on gearbox)

To start your Vertigo firstly gently apply pressure on the kickstart to engage the kickstart gears ( therefore making shure correct kickstart gear alignment is achieved)

Then relieve pressure and apply a strong good solid stroke to ensure the engine is able to start. 

When cold it is normal for 3-5 kicks-but once warm 1-2 good kicks.

When washing your Vertigo we advise a exhaust bung to prevent water entering exhaust system.

Please note Vertigo models 2020 R2 onwards have a breather area on the bottom of the air box near the top of the radiator area so please avoid directly power washing.

Also check when finnished that water has not entered air box.

After washing start engine until the fan has cycled several timesto help the drying process of electrics and all other parts - also if possible blow the bike off with an airline to enshure water residue is removed.

If using a pressure washer do not apply spray directly at the TPS area.
